The HushMeet.S (also known as the HushMeet Small) is a compact two-person acoustic meeting pod by Hushoffice, designed for private one-to-one meetings, interviews and confidential calls in busy open-plan offices. With Class B speech-level reduction certified to ISO 23351-1:2020, two upholstered bench seats, a worktop table and integrated power, it delivers a fully private meeting room in a footprint of just 2150 × 900mm.

Care information

Fabric Care Instructions~

Felt and upholstery should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, using mild cleaning agents. Dilute the cleaning agent with water according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and apply it to the soiled areas with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone, bleach or other solvents. In case of heavy contamination, use mild soap or a special upholstery cleaning agent. Avoid scratching, pressing, or rubbing the cleaned surface to prevent damage to its structure.

Metal Components

Wipe exterior walls and other metal components with a cloth dampened with a mild all-purpose cleaning agent. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone or other solvents. After cleaning, wipe all surfaces dry.

Glass

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass. Remove heavier contamination with liquid without ammonia.

System Furniture

Use a soft, dampened cloth for system furniture care. If soiling is heavy, soak the cloth in liquid or a mild furniture cleaning agent. Any whiteboard should be cleaned regularly with a special dry-erase cleaner, at least once a week or more often, depending on how often it is used.

Lighting
Hanging lamps and LED lighting should be wiped with a dry cloth, taking special care to avoid accidental damage or scratching.

Manufactured in Europe by Hushoffice (Mikomax), the HushMeet.S is the smallest member of the HushMeet family and one of the most space-efficient 2-person meeting pods available in the UK. It arrives as a complete room: seating, table, lighting, ventilation and power are all built in, so it’s ready to use the moment installation is complete.

The HushMeet.S is tested to ISO 23351-1:2020, the international standard for measuring speech level reduction in enclosed furniture, and achieves a Class B rating. In practical terms, that means typical open-office noise of around 70dB is reduced to approximately 40dB inside the pod — quiet enough for clear conversation and focused discussion, while speech inside the pod stays inside the pod. That performance comes from a combination of tempered, laminated acoustic glass on the door and front and rear panels, acoustic-lined fabric wall panels, and a sealed structural design. Designed for real meetings

Inside, two fully upholstered bench seats face each other across a central table — a natural layout for interviews, 1:1s, mentoring sessions and working meetings. The integrated power module provides a 230V socket, USB-A and USB-C charging, and two RJ45 network ports, so laptops stay charged and wired connections are available where Wi-Fi is restricted.A motion sensor activates the dimmable LED ceiling light and the ventilation system the moment someone enters. Four fans deliver a total airflow of 47m³/h, completely refreshing the pod’s air roughly every three minutes, and both lighting and ventilation can be fine-tuned with independent manual dials. The door hinge can be fitted on the left or right side at assembly, so the pod adapts to your floor plan rather than the other way round.
