Acoustic Pod for Office Meetings

The HushMeet acoustic office pod creates the perfect environment for group work, brainstorming sessions, and one-to-one meetings by offering a private, comfortable, and fully equipped space. Designed as an independent meeting area, HushMeet provides exceptional acoustic insulation to minimise sound transmission, while its enclosed design ensures a strong sense of privacy and confidentiality. This makes it an ideal alternative to traditional project rooms or mini-conference spaces.

Inside, the pod features two plush, upholstered benches, each comfortably accommodating two people. A central panel with an attached tabletop offers a convenient surface for laptops, notepads, or coffee cups during meetings. This panel also includes a power supply module equipped with electrical sockets and USB ports, plus an option to mount a TV or monitor for presentations.

The pod’s lighting and ventilation systems are automatically activated via motion sensors and can be easily adjusted with user-friendly controls. To enhance visual privacy, the rear glass panels can be fitted with frosted glass, further shielding occupants from outside view.

HushMeet is fully mobile and designed for easy relocation without dismantling. To relocate the pod, one can simply remove the front plinth and use a pallet jack to move it wherever it’s needed. This provides flexible workspace solutions that adapt to your office’s evolving needs.
