Description
The Orpheus Bench Desk is a highly flexible desking system that provides workplace solutions for small to large workspaces. Providing various types of desks: single office desks, double desks, starter and end double desks, and intermediate double desks.
The bench desk frame positions itself 80mm back from the tabletop and includes legs. beams, and a tabletop in various finishes. The desk uses steel levellers with a 40mm diameter and 5mm thickness to provide a smooth table platform. The legs consist of a portico-like structure composed of two round-tube uprights with a 40mm diameter and 2mm thickness. The uprights align with the lateral ends of the tabletop and feature perforations for attachment, allowing the crossbeam to be set back if adding a fixed drawer to the desktop underside. The crossbeams comprise a rectangular tube measuring 60 x 25 x 1.5mm, with attachment pieces to the legs made of a 5mm thick MIG-welded steel sheet.
