Fabric Care Instructions~

Felt and upholstery should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, using mild cleaning agents. Dilute the cleaning agent with water according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and apply it to the soiled areas with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone, bleach or other solvents. In case of heavy contamination, use mild soap or a special upholstery cleaning agent. Avoid scratching, pressing, or rubbing the cleaned surface to prevent damage to its structure.

Metal Components

Wipe exterior walls and other metal components with a cloth dampened with a mild all-purpose cleaning agent. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone or other solvents. After cleaning, wipe all surfaces dry.

Glass

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass. Remove heavier contamination with liquid without ammonia.

System Furniture

Use a soft, dampened cloth for system furniture care. If soiling is heavy, soak the cloth in liquid or a mild furniture cleaning agent. Any whiteboard should be cleaned regularly with a special dry-erase cleaner, at least once a week or more often, depending on how often it is used.

Lighting
Hanging lamps and LED lighting should be wiped with a dry cloth, taking special care to avoid accidental damage or scratching.

Comfortable enough to actually use

Every Kolo Solo ships with an adjustable Grace stool upholstered in Gabriel Medley Grey — a neutral, hard-wearing fabric that holds up to daily use. The HPL MDF shelf provides a compact, practical working surface at the right height for laptops and notebooks.

Levelling feet keep the booth rock-solid once positioned. When you need to move it, lower the feet to expose the integrated castors and roll the booth across the floor. At 271 kg, it’s not light — but it moves when you need it to, and it can be disassembled for longer-distance relocation.

Step inside, and the lights come on. A PIR motion sensor activates the dimmable LED system the moment you enter — and powers it down when you leave. No switches, no wasted energy. The LED system delivers up to 1,800 lumens at full brightness, with colour temperature adjustable from a warm 2,700K through to a cool, daylight-balanced 6,500K. Whether you’re on a morning call or a late video meeting, the light adapts to you.

A fully enclosed booth lives or dies by its ventilation. The Kolo Solo is equipped with a purpose-designed airflow system — a silent, roof-mounted fan drawing fresh air through floor-level vents at approximately 52 litres per second. The booth never feels stuffy; you never feel the urge to leave early. The same PIR sensor that controls the lighting activates the ventilation automatically, and powers everything down when the booth is empty.
