Fabric Care Instructions~

Felt and upholstery should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, using mild cleaning agents. Dilute the cleaning agent with water according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and apply it to the soiled areas with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone, bleach or other solvents. In case of heavy contamination, use mild soap or a special upholstery cleaning agent. Avoid scratching, pressing, or rubbing the cleaned surface to prevent damage to its structure.

Metal Components

Wipe exterior walls and other metal components with a cloth dampened with a mild all-purpose cleaning agent. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone or other solvents. After cleaning, wipe all surfaces dry.

Glass

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass. Remove heavier contamination with liquid without ammonia.

System Furniture

Use a soft, dampened cloth for system furniture care. If soiling is heavy, soak the cloth in liquid or a mild furniture cleaning agent. Any whiteboard should be cleaned regularly with a special dry-erase cleaner, at least once a week or more often, depending on how often it is used.

Lighting
Hanging lamps and LED lighting should be wiped with a dry cloth, taking special care to avoid accidental damage or scratching.

Built from conjoined acoustic modules with a combined footprint of over 9m², HushMeet.L comfortably seats 4 to 8 people around a central table. Because the pod is modular, it can be reconfigured or relocated within a single working day using a pallet jack, with no structural work and no downtime for your team. As your headcount or floorplan changes, the pod changes with it.

Inside, laminated acoustic glass panels and lined fabric walls insulate the space from surrounding office noise, so conversations, negotiations and confidential discussions stay contained. A central panel holds the tabletop along with a built-in power module (power socket, USB and RJ45 data), and there's a fixing point to wall-mount a TV or monitor — everything a team needs for a working meeting, video conference, or client presentation, without trailing leads or hunting for sockets.

Lighting and ventilation are automatic, triggered by a motion sensor as soon as someone enters, with manual rotary knobs for fine control. It's a small detail, but it means the pod never sits half-lit or stuffy after a long meeting — it just works.
