Fabric Care Instructions

Felt and upholstery should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, using mild cleaning agents. Dilute the cleaning agent with water according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and apply it to the soiled areas with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone, bleach or other solvents. In case of heavy contamination, use mild soap or a special upholstery cleaning agent. Avoid scratching, pressing, or rubbing the cleaned surface to prevent damage to its structure.

Metal Components

Wipe exterior walls and other metal components with a cloth dampened with a mild all-purpose cleaning agent. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone or other solvents. After cleaning, wipe all surfaces dry.

Glass

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass. Remove heavier contamination with liquid without ammonia.

System Furniture

Use a soft, dampened cloth for system furniture care. If soiling is heavy, soak the cloth in liquid or a mild furniture cleaning agent. Any whiteboard should be cleaned regularly with a special dry-erase cleaner, at least once a week or more often, depending on how often it is used.

Lighting
Hanging lamps and LED lighting should be wiped with a dry cloth, taking special care to avoid accidental damage or scratching.

The Framery One Work is a one-person workstation pod that gives anyone in an open-plan office the quiet of a private office for as long as the task takes. It combines a full-size desk, room for two monitors, Class A soundproofing and Framery's self-running smart interior in a 2.5 m² footprint, so four of them fit in the floor space of a single 10 m² private office. Furnify supplies and installs the One Work, alongside the rest of the Framery range, across the UK, from £11,890 ex VAT, with first deliveries from March 2027.

Why hybrid offices need workstation pods

In most hybrid offices, private offices stand empty for days at a time while the people who most need quiet are working at hot desks next to a sales team on calls. Building more cellular offices is slow, expensive and permanent. A workstation pod turns that around: it is a private office that nobody owns, used by whoever has the hardest work that day.

The One Work is Framery's answer for long sessions of concentration – writing, analysis, coding, design, exam marking, legal drafting – where a phone booth is too small to stay in for more than an hour. If your problem is people taking calls at their desks, a phone booth such as the Framery One is the better fit. If your problem is that people can't concentrate at their desks, the One Work is the pod to choose.

A smart interior that runs itself

A radar occupancy sensor notices when someone steps in and brings the pod to life with no switches to find:

Adaptive ventilation – up to 53 l/s (191 m³/h) of airflow, adjusted automatically to occupancy, temperature and humidity, so the air is as fresh three hours in as it was at the start.
Dual 4000K LED lighting – separate work and video modes keep the desk evenly lit and your face well lit on camera, so the pod doubles as a video call room. You can also adjust it manually.
8-inch touchscreen – controls lighting and airflow, shows the booking and lets you extend your reservation.
Occupancy lights on the roof show colleagues at a glance whether the pod is free.

The pod draws around 48.5 W in use, less than a typical desktop PC and monitor.

Shared by design: walk-in and calendar booking

Step into a free One Work and it creates a reservation for you; walk out and it releases the slot. Nobody needs to open an app first, and the pod is never left blocked by someone who booked it and went to lunch. If you prefer, connect the pods to your company calendar so staff can book ahead, and choose which pods are bookable and which are walk-in only. The Framery App and Framery Space Overview show live availability across the office.

Anonymised occupancy data feeds Framery Connect, which shows how often each pod is used and where you need more capacity, useful for justifying the investment and planning the next order. New smart pod owners receive a free three-month Framery Plus subscription.

No layout includes a chair, so you can choose the task chair that suits the person and the length of session. Options across all layouts include dual-monitor stand, USB-C PD and LAN ports, privacy film for the glass, movability kit, and seismic or enhanced fire-safety kits where local rules require them.

Colours and finishes

The One Work is available in a range of exterior colours, including White, Sand, Powder Blue and Navy, with a choice of interior fabrics and finishes. Every component is designed to be replaced, so colours and upholstery can be refreshed later rather than replacing the whole pod. Ask us for swatches before you order.

Framery's planning guidance is one single-person pod and one meeting pod for every working neighbourhood of 6 to 12 people. For an office replacing private offices, a simple starting point is four One Work pods for each private office you give back to open space. Sustainability and certifications

The One Work has a third-party verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD, published on environdec.com), giving your sustainability team real lifecycle data for carbon reporting and green building assessments. Framery holds an EcoVadis Gold rating and is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The pod is CE marked, UL GREENGUARD Gold certified for low chemical emissions, and certified for fire, electrical and seismic safety.

Class A soundproofing: the office drops to a whisper

The One Work is rated Class A under ISO 23351-1, the international standard for measuring speech level reduction in office pods, with a reduction of 30 dB(A). In practice, a normal speaking voice inside the pod is heard outside at roughly the level of a whisper, and the open-plan noise outside is cut by the same amount. Framery's patent-pending acoustic structure is tuned to the frequencies of human speech, which is the noise that most breaks concentration. Not every pod sold in the UK is tested to ISO 23351-1, and a manufacturer's own decibel claim isn't directly comparable to a certified class. Size and space: four workstations in the footprint of one office

The One Work measures 2329 mm high × 1964 mm wide × 1292 mm deep, about 2.5 m² of floor space. The interior ceiling height of 209.7 cm means you can stand at the desk or take a call on your feet without stooping, and large glass panels let the pod borrow light and space from the room around it, so it never feels like a cupboard. Entry is step-free, with a 96.6 cm wide doorway and a 1.25 cm threshold, so a wheelchair user can enter and use the pod without a separate accessible model. Because the pod needs no partitions, ductwork or building work, it can be placed wherever the floor plan needs quiet space, then moved when teams change. One Work Dual Monitors and Easy Accessible Power

The desk, screens and one-cable set-up

Inside is a full-size office desk with space for a laptop, two monitors and paperwork. On the Essentials and Essentials+ layouts the desk is electrically height-adjustable from 68 to 118 cm, so you can switch between sitting and standing during a long session; the Base layout has a fixed-height desk that can be upgraded later.

A monitor stand takes one screen as standard or two with the dual-monitor option. With the optional 140 W USB-C Power Delivery port, a single cable connects a laptop to its screens and charges it simultaneously. A high-speed LAN port is also available, and the pod has built-in 4G connectivity for its own smart features and automatic software updates.
