Upholstery:

Fabrics are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. We provide wear guarantees from our partners, who manufacture textiles and leather; however, without proper care and attention, they can look old and dirty well before their time. In extreme cases, they could even wear through and a hole might appear. If you care about your fabric and leather in the workplace and contract interiors, following a few simple rules can add years to their wear life and appearance, making them the most visually appealing element of furniture.

Wool and Viscose:

Vacuum your fabrics regularly to prevent dust and dirt from building up on the surface. Quickly react to spilt liquids and fresh stains. Mop up the excess liquid using a kitchen roll or a damp cloth. Then clean using a shampoo, detergent, or hand wash. Always use a branded shampoo for upholstered fabrics. Alternatively, both wool and polyester can be dry cleaned. For areas with spills or stains, a stain-repellent finish can be applied to certain fabrics, reducing stains. Alternatively, choose a wipe-down upholstery solution.

Leather:

Leathers are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. Exposing in spaces with a high humidity level might cause structural damage. Never use detergents on solvent-based or acetone-based cleaners. Clean with a soft cloth with warm water. Do not wash leather in the washing machine, dry it in the dryer, do not bleach it, iron it, or dry-clean it.

Wood:


Wipe the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. Dirty surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cotton cloth or neutral detergent, preferably diluted in water, and then wiped dry with a dry cloth. Water should be used sparingly. If liquid does not spill on the product, wipe it off immediately; it could be absorbed. Do not place hot objects directly on the surface; use coasters. Products should not be placed near heat sources, such as radiators or fireplaces. If the surface treated with oil becomes dry, maintenance oil may be applied.

A private office for whoever has the hardest work that day

Walk around most hybrid offices on a Wednesday and count the private offices with nobody in them. Each is 10 m² of the best-insulated space in the building, reserved for a person working from home. Meanwhile, someone at a hot desk is trying to write a board paper with a sales call happening a metre behind them.

The Framery One Work is built to fix that. It is a one-person workstation pod with the acoustics of a proper office, a full-size sit-stand desk, and two-monitor docking, in a 2.5 m² footprint. Four of them fit in the floor space of one standard private office. Nobody owns one; it belongs to whoever needs it most that day, and it books and releases itself as people walk in and out.

Four workstations in the footprint of one office

The pod is 233 cm tall with an interior ceiling of 209.7 cm, so you can stand up, stretch, or take a call on your feet without stooping. The desk is fixed flush to the wall, which leaves the floor completely clear: no table legs to bump, no cable across the carpet. The walls are largely glass, so the pod borrows the space around it. The footprint is compact, but sitting inside you never feel its edges.

Access is step-free. The doorway is 96.6 cm wide and the threshold is 1.25 cm, so a wheelchair user can enter and turn without help, and the electric desk comes down to meet them. That makes One Work one of very few workstation pods that satisfy a reasonable-adjustments request without a separate accessible model.

Class A speech reduction: the office outside becomes a whisper

One Work is rated Class A under ISO 23351-1, the highest class for speech level reduction in office pods, with a measured reduction of 30 dB. In practice, a voice at normal speaking level inside the pod reaches a person standing outside at the level of a whisper, and the open-plan office outside is muted to the same degree.

That is the difference between a pod and a screen. You are still part of the office, you can see it through the glass and step back into it in two seconds, but it cannot interrupt you. Very few people have that at their own desk.

An interior that switches itself on

A radar sensor detects you as you enter and brings the pod to life: ventilation and lighting come on without a switch being touched. The ventilation system replaces the full air volume of the pod every minute at up to 53 litres per second and adjusts itself to temperature and humidity, with a choice of direct or indirect airflow depending on whether you like to feel the air moving. On a three-hour stretch of work the pod stays as fresh at the end as it was at the start.
The desk is a full working surface, not a shelf, and it adjusts electrically from 68 to 118 cm so you can sit or stand. One USB-C cable connects a laptop to dual monitors, power and the pod’s connectivity. Lighting presets switch between a work mode and a video mode that keeps you evenly lit on camera, so the pod doubles as a video call room when the calendar demands it.

Shared by design: walk-in booking

This is the part that changes how an office runs. When you step into One Work the pod creates a reservation for you automatically; when you leave, it releases it. There is no app to open and no calendar to check before you sit down, and the pod is never blocked for the afternoon by someone who booked it and went to lunch.
Because the reservation is created by occupancy rather than by a calendar entry, the pod is genuinely shared. Anonymised occupancy data feeds Framery’s smart office tools, showing how often each pod is used and where more capacity is needed, so the next order is based on evidence rather than guesswork.

Built to last for decades, and to move with you

Unlike a built office, One Work needs no construction, no planning of partitions or ductwork, and no making good when you leave. It is delivered and assembled on site and can be relocated when teams change or the company moves floors.
Every component is replaceable. The build is fully modular, so pods can be repaired, refurbished and updated over time rather than replaced. A third-party verified Environmental Product Declaration is published for One Work, which gives your sustainability team the numbers they need for their own carbon reporting.

The Framery One is the pod for calls: a compact space with a small table and a stool, built for a 30-minute video meeting. The One Work is the pod for the work between the calls: a full sit-stand desk, two monitors, and the interior height and airflow for a whole morning.
