Upholstery:

Fabrics are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. We provide wear guarantees from our partners, who manufacture textiles and leather; however, without proper care and attention, they can look old and dirty well before their time. In extreme cases, they could even wear through and a hole might appear. If you care about your fabric and leather in the workplace and contract interiors, following a few simple rules can add years to their wear life and appearance, making them the most visually appealing element of furniture.

Wool and Viscose:

Vacuum your fabrics regularly to prevent dust and dirt from building up on the surface. Quickly react to spilt liquids and fresh stains. Mop up the excess liquid using a kitchen roll or a damp cloth. Then clean using a shampoo, detergent, or hand wash. Always use a branded shampoo for upholstered fabrics. Alternatively, both wool and polyester can be dry cleaned. For areas with spills or stains, a stain-repellent finish can be applied to certain fabrics, reducing stains. Alternatively, choose a wipe-down upholstery solution.

Leather:

Leathers are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. Exposing in spaces with a high humidity level might cause structural damage. Never use detergents on solvent-based or acetone-based cleaners. Clean with a soft cloth with warm water. Do not wash leather in the washing machine, dry it in the dryer, do not bleach it, iron it, or dry-clean it.

Wood:

Wipe the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. Dirty surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cotton cloth or neutral detergent, preferably diluted in water, and then wiped dry with a dry cloth. Water should be used sparingly. If liquid does not spill on the product, wipe it off immediately; it could be absorbed. Do not place hot objects directly on the surface; use coasters. Products should not be placed near heat sources, such as radiators or fireplaces. If the surface treated with oil becomes dry, maintenance oil may be applied.

Installed an ergonomic work shelf designed for comfortable use at standing height, complemented by a front-facing array of LED side lights to softly illuminate the user’s face. Additionally, the HushFree.XS pod is equipped with the innovative HushAssistant module—a sleek, 4-inch circular touchscreen that serves as both a lighting and ventilation controller. Beyond the cabin's standard environment control functions, the HushAssistant allows users a real-time display of pod availability and booking details, making it an essential tool for streamlined workspace organisation.

GLASS DOOR WITH LATCH HANDLE: acoustic, tempered and laminated safety glass 10 mm, 5.5.2 thickness, including the 5 mm glass, 2 mm acoustic sheet and 5 mm glass. Anti-collision marking – silkscreen integrated inside the 65 mm wide glass. Transparent glass.

REAR SIDE GLASS PANELS: Acoustic and laminated glass 10 mm (RW= 34 dB), 5.5.2 thickness, including the 5 mm glass, 2 mm acoustic sheet and 5 mm glass. Placed in aluminium profiles with acoustic seal. Transparent glass.
Matte version as an option.

DOOR HANDLE AND HINGES: painted in cosmos grey. Handle dimensions: 45 x 221 mm.

CASE: 3-layer honeycomb board with a thickness of 38 mm. Both sides covered with melamine and finished with ABS edging. The structure is prepared for anti-seismic ground fixing.

HUSHDOOR.LIMITER: Door opening limiter. Mounted on the lower and upper hinge (2 pieces). After mounting, the acoustic cabin door opens to a maximum angle of 130 degrees. Made of black EPDM material with a hardness of 50° ShA.

TABLE TOP: measuring 750 x 344 mm, with a height of 1049 mm. Made of 18 mm thick plywood covered with HPL laminate on both sides.

PANEL WITH CEILING LIGHT: in cosmos grey. Total dimensions 190 x 640 mm, hole prepared for smoke detector diameter 20 mm, hole prepared for sprinkler installation diameter 65 mm.

INTERIOR PANELS: Made as a composite based on PETFELT, polyester fleece and fabric. PUR fire-retardant foam with acoustic properties, re bonded.

INTEGRAL CARPETED FLOOR: complies with ASTM D2859 – 16 (2021), standard test method for ignitability characteristics of ready-to-use textile floor covering materials. Adapted to commercial intensive use (hotel room, hotel suite, boutique, shop, restaurant, conference room, high traffic office, reception, stairs). Graphite colour.

HUSHASSISTANT: hushAssistant is a 4-inch (diameter 104 mm) round, high-resolution
touchscreen lighting and ventilation controller. Part of hushAssistant’s functionality is to manage and display meeting room availability. The system can be integrated with the Microsoft 365 Business platform.

BOOTH OCCUPANCY INDICATOR (optional): booth occupancy light indicator, measuring 96 x 96 x 37 mm, prepared to be integrated with the ventilation module power supply. Adapted to be positioned on the booth ceiling anywhere within 1000 mm of the fan housing. Actuated by a motion sensor.
