Fabric Care Instructions
Felt and upholstery should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, using mild cleaning agents. Dilute the cleaning agent with water according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and apply it to the soiled areas with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone, bleach or other solvents. In case of heavy contamination, use mild soap or a special upholstery cleaning agent. Avoid scratching, pressing, or rubbing the cleaned surface to prevent damage to its structure.
Metal Components
Wipe exterior walls and other metal components with a cloth dampened with a mild all-purpose cleaning agent. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone or other solvents. After cleaning, wipe all surfaces dry.
Glass
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass. Remove heavier contamination with liquid without ammonia.
System Furniture
Use a soft, dampened cloth for system furniture care. If soiling is heavy, soak the cloth in liquid or a mild furniture cleaning agent. Any whiteboard should be cleaned regularly with a special dry-erase cleaner, at least once a week or more often, depending on how often it is used.
Lighting
Hanging lamps and LED lighting should be wiped with a dry cloth, taking special care to avoid accidental damage or scratching.

The Basic C Reception Desk system is a modular solution that allows for the design of flexible workplaces and reception counter solutions. It’s a modern and contemporary reception solution that is both communicative and inviting. Based on a simple and effective combination of desk modules, counter options, discreet modesty panels, privacy side panels and integrated storage compartments, it can provide the ideal customised and professional reception desk.
Everything you desire can be achieved with the Basic C Reception Desk. It’s clearly structured and highly flexible. It provides a wide range of surface materials, from melamine decors to high-quality veneers – allowing the perfect solution to be produced.
You can freely place reception counter elements on the supporting side panel, providing the user with an additional storage pocket. Without the need for tools, you can easily attach them and move them to any position along the front. You can choose from melamine, lacquered MDF, or veneer for the mitered privacy panels. Accessories made of metal and finished with a white powder coat provide the receptionist with easy access to stationery and help organise the desk space. These too can be placed freely without tools anywhere and are available in two sizes and can be used as a DIN A4 and a pen tray.
Basic C offers both compact reception desks and spacious wide desks with tops starting from 1200mm to 2400mm. Desktops are 800mm in depth with a top thickness of 25mm. Desktops are supported on a steel strut, connected to a screw plate milled flush into the supporting side panels on the right and left. The supporting elements allow for desk height adjustment from 700mm to 780mm in steps of 10mm each.
All desktops feature an integrated continuous electrification access flap to help manage power cables. The flap opens to 180 degrees, providing easy access to the cable tray below. Fitted with a brush strip ensures an optimal connection to the rearward cheek and neat cable guidance.
