Fabric Care Instructions~

Felt and upholstery should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, using mild cleaning agents. Dilute the cleaning agent with water according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and apply it to the soiled areas with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone, bleach or other solvents. In case of heavy contamination, use mild soap or a special upholstery cleaning agent. Avoid scratching, pressing, or rubbing the cleaned surface to prevent damage to its structure.

Metal Components

Wipe exterior walls and other metal components with a cloth dampened with a mild all-purpose cleaning agent. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone or other solvents. After cleaning, wipe all surfaces dry.

Glass

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass. Remove heavier contamination with liquid without ammonia.

System Furniture

Use a soft, dampened cloth for system furniture care. If soiling is heavy, soak the cloth in liquid or a mild furniture cleaning agent. Any whiteboard should be cleaned regularly with a special dry-erase cleaner, at least once a week or more often, depending on how often it is used.

Lighting
Hanging lamps and LED lighting should be wiped with a dry cloth, taking special care to avoid accidental damage or scratching.

The HushFree.M solves the same problem in a single delivery: a fully enclosed, acoustically rated meeting space that arrives, gets installed by our team, and starts working the same day.

Inside, four people sit comfortably on two facing two-seater sofas with a fitted table between them. The footprint is 2210mm wide by 1390mm deep — smaller than most meeting tables — and the pod stands 2300mm tall, so it fits under a standard 2400mm ceiling with room to spare.

An Occupancy Indicator That Ends the Awkward Knock

A motion-triggered external indicator shows from across the floor whether the pod is free or in use. Nobody walks over, peers through the glass, or knocks mid-pitch. It's a small feature that removes a daily source of office friction.

Lighting Designed for Long Sessions

Motion-activated LED ceiling lighting delivers 500 lux at table level with a 4000K colour temperature — bright enough for note-taking and video calls, neutral enough that nobody looks washed out on camera. Intensity is adjustable from the internal control. Add the optional HushAssistant touch-screen module and you also get colour temperature control from 2200K to 6500K, plus pod booking functionality that plugs the HushFree.M into your room-booking workflow.
