Fabric Care Instructions~

Felt and upholstery should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, using mild cleaning agents. Dilute the cleaning agent with water according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and apply it to the soiled areas with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone, bleach or other solvents. In case of heavy contamination, use mild soap or a special upholstery cleaning agent. Avoid scratching, pressing, or rubbing the cleaned surface to prevent damage to its structure.

Metal Components

Wipe exterior walls and other metal components with a cloth dampened with a mild all-purpose cleaning agent. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone or other solvents. After cleaning, wipe all surfaces dry.

Glass

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass. Remove heavier contamination with liquid without ammonia.

System Furniture

Use a soft, dampened cloth for system furniture care. If soiling is heavy, soak the cloth in liquid or a mild furniture cleaning agent. Any whiteboard should be cleaned regularly with a special dry-erase cleaner, at least once a week or more often, depending on how often it is used.

Lighting
Hanging lamps and LED lighting should be wiped with a dry cloth, taking special care to avoid accidental damage or scratching.

A Six-Person Meeting Room Without the Building Work

Larger meetings are where open-plan offices fail hardest. Six people around a desk cluster broadcast every word across the floor; booking the one proper meeting room becomes a daily contest. The HushFree.L resolves both problems in a single footprint: a fully enclosed, Class A-rated meeting space measuring 2210mm wide by 2820mm deep, delivered and installed in a day.

Inside, up to six people sit on two or four independent upholstered sofas around your choice of table, with an optional AV kit turning the rear wall into a presentation and video-conferencing setup. It’s the pod for the meetings that actually matter — board reviews, client presentations, sprint planning, hybrid calls with the whole team on camera.

Built for Hybrid Meetings

An optional AV kit adds TV mounting for presentations and video conferencing, and the optional booking screen integrates with Microsoft 365 — book the pod from Outlook or claim it on the pod’s own touchscreen. Combined with the optional occupancy indicator, the HushFree.L slots into your existing room-booking workflow like any built meeting room, without the fit-out.

Move It When Your Office Moves

Integrated castors and stable levelling feet mean the HushFree.L relocates without dismantling. New floor plan, team restructure, office move — the pod rolls to its new position and carries on. The top panel is prepared for sprinkler connection and smoke detector signalling, and provision for seismic anchoring is included as standard, so it satisfies facilities and building-management requirements in regulated environments.

Class A is the top of the scale: conversation at normal volume inside the pod is reduced to near-inaudibility outside. The HushFree.L runs eight integrated fans delivering a combined 640 m³/h — double the airflow of the HushFree.M — and is automatically activated by a motion sensor and adjustable by occupants. Six people can work through a two-hour session without the room going stale, which is precisely when most enclosed meeting spaces give up.

Lighting That Keeps Long Meetings Sharp

Motion-activated LED ceiling lighting delivers 500 lux at table level at 4000K — bright enough for documents and note-taking, neutral enough for video calls. Add the optional HushAssistant digital control and the colour temperature becomes adjustable from a warm 2200K to a crisp 6500K, with intensity control to match the task.
