Upholstery:

Fabrics are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. We provide wear guarantees from our partners, who manufacture textiles and leather; however, without proper care and attention, they can look old and dirty well before their time. In extreme cases, they could even wear through and a hole might appear. If you care about your fabric and leather in the workplace and contract interiors, following a few simple rules can add years to their wear life and appearance, making them the most visually appealing element of furniture.

Wool and Viscose:

Vacuum your fabrics regularly to prevent dust and dirt from building up on the surface. Quickly react to spilt liquids and fresh stains. Mop up the excess liquid using a kitchen roll or a damp cloth. Then clean using a shampoo, detergent, or hand wash. Always use a branded shampoo for upholstered fabrics. Alternatively, both wool and polyester can be dry cleaned. For areas with spills or stains, a stain-repellent finish can be applied to certain fabrics, reducing stains. Alternatively, choose a wipe-down upholstery solution.

Leather:

Leathers are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. Exposing in spaces with a high humidity level might cause structural damage. Never use detergents on solvent-based or acetone-based cleaners. Clean with a soft cloth with warm water. Do not wash leather in the washing machine, dry it in the dryer, do not bleach it, iron it, or dry-clean it.

Wood:

Wipe the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. Dirty surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cotton cloth or neutral detergent, preferably diluted in water, and then wiped dry with a dry cloth. Water should be used sparingly. If liquid does not spill on the product, wipe it off immediately; it could be absorbed. Do not place hot objects directly on the surface; use coasters. Products should not be placed near heat sources, such as radiators or fireplaces. If the surface treated with oil becomes dry, maintenance oil may be applied.

Technical Specifications

Structure

Die-cast aluminium side elements and crosspiece elements are fastened together. The resulting frame is a rigid structure that maintains its shape even under considerable stress and also provides specific support for the elastic mesh and the fabric or leather padding. Available with low or high back and in three different finishes: polished, chromed or painted.

Seat and backrest

The special padding, made of a series of cushions combined with a load-bearing sheet stretched between the two side elements, guarantees maximum comfort and durability. The shaped cushions with differentiated densities are made of polyurethane foam and upholstered in fabric or leather. The leather covering includes an eco-leather back with predetermined colour combinations.

Swivel auto-return mechanism

This special mechanism, not adjustable in height, allows the swivel chair to freely rotate and automatically returns it to its original position, keeping the meeting chairs always aligned. It is standard on the 4-star base models.

Height adjustment

Seat height can be adjusted by up to 12 cm with a lever. The gaslift complies with EN16955:2017.

Tilt mechanism

An intuitive and effective tilt mechanism that instantly follows the user’s movements. The particularly forward rotation point reduces pressure on the lower limbs while the chair rocks. The seat's movement allows up to 13° of oscillation. The side knob allows the resistance of the tilting mechanism to be adjusted to the user's weight and sitting style. Lever controls integrate the seat height adjustment, allow locking/unlocking the tilting mechanism in 4 positions and activate the backrest safety release.

Armrests

Closed shape, made of die-cast aluminium with a finish depending on the structure. Optional leather armrest covers. Available also without armrests.

Base

Four or five-star base made of die-cast aluminium, with a polished, chromed or painted finish depending on the structure. Available with castors or plastic glides.

Castors

In black plastic with a soft running surface for use on any type of flooring and a load-dependent safety brake that complies with EN 12529:2001. Castor cover in chromed Zamak or black plastic, depending on the base finish, Ø 50 mm.

Glides

In black nylon base and soft-plastic glide, Ø 37 mm.
