Fabric Care Instructions~

Felt and upholstery should be cleaned with a cloth dampened with water and, if necessary, using mild cleaning agents. Dilute the cleaning agent with water according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and apply it to the soiled areas with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone, bleach or other solvents. In case of heavy contamination, use mild soap or a special upholstery cleaning agent. Avoid scratching, pressing, or rubbing the cleaned surface to prevent damage to its structure.

Metal Components

Wipe exterior walls and other metal components with a cloth dampened with a mild all-purpose cleaning agent. Do not use agents containing alcohol, acetone or other solvents. After cleaning, wipe all surfaces dry.

Glass

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass. Remove heavier contamination with liquid without ammonia.

System Furniture

Use a soft, dampened cloth for system furniture care. If soiling is heavy, soak the cloth in liquid or a mild furniture cleaning agent. Any whiteboard should be cleaned regularly with a special dry-erase cleaner, at least once a week or more often, depending on how often it is used.

Lighting
Hanging lamps and LED lighting should be wiped with a dry cloth, taking special care to avoid accidental damage or scratching.

Most meeting rooms still rely on separate AV components — a wall-mounted screen, a bolted-on camera, a tangle of cables snaking to a socket somewhere across the room. Together does away with that. It's a media table with the AV technology built directly into the furniture: a 180° camera, an integrated sound-absorbing screen, and centre-mounted power, all in one unit.

That matters because meeting rooms are increasingly used by small groups of 1–4 people who need to be in a hybrid call within minutes, not waiting on a room booking or fighting with a video puck that doesn't reach.

180° camera — gives remote attendees equal visual presence with everyone in the room, from every angle around the table
Integrated sound-absorbing screen — doubles as an acoustic barrier and a natural boundary for the camera's field of view, reducing background noise bleed into calls.
Plug-and-play power — a centre-mounted Powerdot with electrical socket and cable-through means devices connect instantly, with no cable management required.

Choose a fixed frame with solid wooden legs for a permanent AV point, or an electric height-adjustable frame so the table suits sit-down calls, standing huddles, or a mix of both across the day.
