Kolo Solo Phone Booth: Simple, Quiet Acoustic Booth

The Kolo Solo Phone Booth is a stand-alone, quiet cabin. Use it for private calls or video chats in any office. The name comes from "Colloquy", which means dialogue. This booth gives you a quiet, soundproof space and keeps your conversations private.

Position the Kolo Solo pod near your teams to facilitate quicker call responses. Their conversations stay private, and your team can keep working. The Kolo Solo fits well in open offices and coworking spaces. It gives you a quick and quiet place to get away from noise.

Great Sound Control

The Kolo Solo Booth uses high-quality materials to block noise. Its 30 dB noise-blocking rating, which experts test using the ASTM E596-96 standard, means it delivers an acoustically private cabin for speech privacy.

Comfort and Convenience

The Kolo Acoustic Booth helps you stay comfortable. You can adjust the lighting and airflow to your liking. With an integrated PIR sensor, when you step inside, the lighting automatically switches on. Use the control panel to set the mood. Dim the LED lights from 1900 lumens or change the colour temperature from 2700 to 6500K.

A custom airflow system continuously brings in fresh air, 52 litres every second. The intake vent in the ceiling brings in cool air, and the exhaust vent at the bottom quietly lets old air out.

You also get a built-in worktop for your laptop or notes. The power bar above the desk has easy-to-reach charging ports. It includes two AC outlets, USB ports, and a CAT6 data port. All ports are safe and certified.

Style Choices

The Kolo Acoustic Booth comes in many colours. The basic models are black, graphite, or white. For a little more, you can choose grey, green, red, pink, light blue, or blue. Inside, soft acoustic felt lines the walls instead of regular fabric.

Each booth has everything you need for private, focused work: adjustable lighting, air flow, power outlets, and a worktop shelf.

Lighting: The LED lights are installed in the ceiling panel and activated by a motion sensor when entering the booth. They turn off automatically after a set time interval of inaction, which can be 15, 45, 300, or 900 seconds.

The LED lights are dimmable with a maximum brightness of 1800 lumens and the colour temperature can be controlled from a range of 2700 ~ 6500K.

Mobility: For small-distance relocation, Kolo can be moved with built-in castors. Please contact us for relocation instructions. Kolo can also be easily disassembled for long-distance transport.

Door Orientation

Kolo Solo STANDARD door orientation is RIGHT-handed. When needed, the orientation can be changed on-site by trained staff.

Door Lock: Standard Kolo comes with a door handle without locks. Handles with locks are available upon request. For digital locks, please contact us to check if the specification is compatible.

Fire Safety: Sprinklers can be installed on-site to Kolo. Please contact us for more details.

Glass Safety: The glass is laminated, which prevents the glass panels from shattering for user's safety.

Maintenance: All electronic parts can be easily replaced. There is no need to take apart the Kolo unit to access the maintenance compartment. Please send us an email or notify furnify for more after-service information.

Floor Tile: The PET floor tile can be replaced.

Warranty: Kolo provides a limited 5-year warranty on structure and a 2-year warranty on all electrical and/or expendable parts such as fan, power outlets, power cable, gas lift, etc.
