Upholstery:

Fabrics are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. We provide wear guarantees from our partners, who manufacture textiles and leather; however, without proper care and attention, they can look old and dirty well before their time. In extreme cases, they could even wear through and a hole might appear. If you care about your fabric and leather in the workplace and contract interiors, following a few simple rules can add years to their wear life and appearance, making them the most visually appealing element of furniture.

Wool and Viscose:

Vacuum your fabrics regularly to prevent dust and dirt from building up on the surface. Quickly react to spilt liquids and fresh stains. Mop up the excess liquid using a kitchen roll or a damp cloth. Then clean using a shampoo, detergent, or hand wash. Always use a branded shampoo for upholstered fabrics. Alternatively, both wool and polyester can be dry cleaned. For areas with spills or stains, a stain-repellent finish can be applied to certain fabrics, reducing stains. Alternatively, choose a wipe-down upholstery solution.

Leather:

Leathers are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. Exposing in spaces with a high humidity level might cause structural damage. Never use detergents on solvent-based or acetone-based cleaners. Clean with a soft cloth with warm water. Do not wash leather in the washing machine, dry it in the dryer, do not bleach it, iron it, or dry-clean it.

Wood:

Wipe the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. Dirty surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cotton cloth or neutral detergent, preferably diluted in water, and then wiped dry with a dry cloth. Water should be used sparingly. If liquid does not spill on the product, wipe it off immediately; it could be absorbed. Do not place hot objects directly on the surface; use coasters. Products should not be placed near heat sources, such as radiators or fireplaces. If the surface treated with oil becomes dry, maintenance oil may be applied.

Description

The CellPod V2 Four-Person Meeting Pod is an acoustic room solution that helps create private rooms within the office. It's a made-to-measure room-in-room solution that lets you define the size and each panel individually, whether it needs to be glazed or upholstered.

The specific pod model shown here, the CELLV2-05, is an ideal free-standing four-person meeting pod. It sits directly on your office floor without any fixings, making it a great solution when you need a private office or small team meeting room. You don't need planning permission to add a CellV2 office pod to your office. This makes the Cell Pod ideal for managed offices and listed buildings.

Full Lighting Control

The Cell V2 room comes integrated with a ceiling LED lighting system activated by PIR. Similar to most offices, the pod features a 600 x 600 ceiling grid and holds recessed LED 600 x 600 Panel lights. The lighting is automatically activated when the user enters the pod and can adjusted through the control panel.

Air-Circulation

The air circulation system is specified to suit both the application and occupancy levels The specification of the air circulation system takes into account the application and the occupancy levels within the pod. The fan system transfers and circulates air from the open office into the Cell Pod V2, venting unwanted Co2 and equalising the temperature inside and outside.

TV/AV Functionality

Guarantee: A 5-year warranty covers all structural elements of CellPod.

Acoustic Rating: Multiple glazing options are available, all offering outstanding acoustic properties, ranging from 26 dB - 30 dB.

Sensor: Fitted with PIR motion sensor which activates the ventilation and lighting

Air Circulation: The air circulation system, which is a fan or a ceiling-mounted air conditioning system, is designed to keep the temperature within the pod during occupation at a predetermined temperature (factory set at 21 degrees) that can be adjusted by the client to 20-24 +-2 degrees.

Optional Air Cooling: For larger Cell Pod meeting pods stand-alone air-cooling unit can be specified that allows users to regulate the temperature inside the Pod independently of the wider building environment. Ceiling-mounted self-contained cooling system that is designed to maintain the temperature within the Pod at a predetermined level. Supplied with an independent control that can be used to set the desired temperature within the Pod within a predetermined range of +18°/+28°, by default, the unit automatically turns on as the Pod is occupied and turns off when vacated, thanks to a PIR sensor.

Door: Hinged Locking Door with Acoustic “Drop Down” Floor Seal on Closure or Sliding Door "Soft Close".

Floor: No floor, sits directly on your existing floor. We recommend having carpet under the pod.

Lighting: CellPod offers a complete, tailored solution, whether that be LED spotlights, LED Panel lights, wall lights, or softboxes.

Interior: Choice of fabric, laminate and glass panels.

Structure: Aluminium framework finished in white, silver or black as standard. Optional RAL colours can also be requested.

Ceiling: Suspended ceiling using Ecophon acoustic ceiling kit.

Active Ceiling: CellPod’s Innovative ‘active’ patented ceiling cassette gives the occupiers an additional level of control with the ability to open the louvred ceiling system. (The design of the ‘active’ ceiling cassette is covered by UK Patent GB 171865.2 The Active ceiling system has been developed to allow a seamless integration into a building, and it has been designed to provide the necessary fail-safes to allow it to be used in workplaces around the world. The default position for the active ceiling is to be closed to optimise its acoustic performance but it can be opened manually or will automatically open under the following circumstances regardless of power being available due to the inbuilt UPS battery-operated actuators.

Glass Panels: 10mm dry jointed toughened glass

Integrated Power: Horizontal power bar to include 2 x power/USB/HDMI/VGA (can only be fitted to upholstered panels)
