Upholstery:
Fabrics are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. We provide wear guarantees from our partners, who manufacture textiles and leather; however, without proper care and attention, they can look old and dirty well before their time. In extreme cases, they could even wear through and a hole might appear. If you care about your fabric and leather in the workplace and contract interiors, following a few simple rules can add years to their wear life and appearance, making them the most visually appealing element of furniture.
Wool and Viscose:
Vacuum your fabrics regularly to prevent dust and dirt from building up on the surface. Quickly react to spilt liquids and fresh stains. Mop up the excess liquid using a kitchen roll or a damp cloth. Then clean using a shampoo, detergent, or hand wash. Always use a branded shampoo for upholstered fabrics. Alternatively, both wool and polyester can be dry cleaned. For areas with spills or stains, a stain-repellent finish can be applied to certain fabrics, reducing stains. Alternatively, choose a wipe-down upholstery solution.
Leather:
Leathers are extremely delicate; therefore, it is very important to carefully review the suggested wash and pay attention when using them, as they can be ripped or cut. Exposing in spaces with a high humidity level might cause structural damage. Never use detergents on solvent-based or acetone-based cleaners. Clean with a soft cloth with warm water. Do not wash leather in the washing machine, dry it in the dryer, do not bleach it, iron it, or dry-clean it.
Wood:
Wipe the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. Dirty surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cotton cloth or neutral detergent, preferably diluted in water, and then wiped dry with a dry cloth. Water should be used sparingly. If liquid does not spill on the product, wipe it off immediately; it could be absorbed. Do not place hot objects directly on the surface; use coasters. Products should not be placed near heat sources, such as radiators or fireplaces. If the surface treated with oil becomes dry, maintenance oil may be applied.

Pailo Bench Desk System provides a workable solution for formal and informal working styles. The Pailo desking is more aligned with resimercial interiors than with traditional corporate bench desking systems. Pailo work tables feature solid ash wooden legs that support a refreshingly soft worktop.
This modern desking range lends itself to any commercial space, with the collection including both single office desks and back-to-back desking. The table range also includes various project tables to support formal meetings and informal collaboration. Pailo office furniture, which is completely modular and flexible, offers in-line desks and back-to-back benches that can be configured using starter units and add-on linking desks. This allows open-plan spaces to connect as many add-on desks as required to complete the desired configuration.
The design aims to provide temporary workers with a customisable workstation, where accessories like a gantry offer hanging space for Pailo’s range of screens and other accessories. Securely attached to the structure of the Pailo desking frame, it introduces new techniques to the now traditional craft.
The gantry opens Pailo's desk to a range of functional and personalised options. You can choose to have hanging screens, suspended by bridle straps. These flexible drape screens offer the user a customised level of privacy that can be raised or lowered. The crossbar of the gantry is left free for lighting and plant hangings, promoting biophilia.

Modern offices can accommodate the flexibility of the Pailo table. Pailo table features 8mm steel trays for cable management connected by sliding loop brackets, allowing them to travel the length of the beam and enabling flexible fixing points for wire management. Pailo also features an optional suspended wire caddy that connects via the same groove and utilises the sliding system. They help desk users keep their personal belongings off the floor, neatly on shelves, and within reach.
Using quality materials like wood, metal, fabric, and leather, Pailo desking is lovingly made by expert craftsmen to individual specifications. Its contemporary design offers seven top finishes, including laminate-faced plywood, with a square edge detail left in a clear lacquered finish to expose the beauty of the plywood. For a broader range of choice, 14 TFL finishes are available with matching or contrasting edge detail. The table’s ash legs and gantry offer the option of a clear matte finish or a black colour wash, if desired.
Pailo desking allows for personal expression and branding through a combination of colours and textures. A selection of metal finishes is available, from the simplicity of white to vibrant corals and pastel blues.
