Low-iron matters more than it sounds: ordinary float glass carries a green tint that dulls whatever is behind it, so a white board goes slightly grey and a coloured one goes muddy. Sixteen per cent of the material is renewable and thirteen per cent recycled; the oak is FSC Mix certified (FSC-C170086); spare parts are available, so a damaged frame or fixing does not mean a new board.
